I’m Diane, a qualified and experienced therapist based in Preston, providing therapy for children, teenagers, and adults.
As a neurodiverse therapist, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. This gives me a unique insight into the challenges and strengths that neurodivergent individuals and their families may experience. I have extensive training and many years’ experience supporting clients with ADHD, autism, and related needs, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I have a deep understanding of the emotional challenges individuals and families face at different life stages. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping people grow and heal.
Therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I offer an integrative approach, adapting my methods to suit each person’s needs. This may include evidence-based CBT techniques alongside other approaches to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I affirm and support LGBTQ+ clients, neurodiverse individuals, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. My practice is inclusive, respectful, and free of judgment.
I am a registered member of the British Association for behavioural and cognitive psychotherapies (BABCP) I regularly undertake CPD to enhance my skills stay up to date with my best practices. I am fully insured and have a DBS.
